The Society flats at The New Ashirwad CGHS Ltd, Sector 23 Panchkula, Haryana are under construction since December 2009.
The 7 floor building is situated on Polt No. 2A, Opposite the upcoming Panchkula IT Part in sector 22 and Ghaghar river. The Building is near to Bhai MatiDass Society and Gurudwara Nadda Sahib Ji.
The Society will have 28 three bed room apartments with basement also. The approx. area of each flat is around 1450-1500 sq.ft.
Progress:
Floor tiles: As on date, the floor tiles, kota stone in balconies, marble in common area between flats(first floor onwards) is over.
Stair Cases : marble on stair case is being laid.
Doors and windows : The wooden doors are being erected.the iron jali doors are fitted.
Plumbing and sanitation work : Main pipes are laid. but terminations and per flat fittings is to be done yet.
Lift: Material for one lift has arrived long back (7-8 months). this is yet to be fitted.
Cement plaster on building: Plastering has been done through out now. only small patches needs to be filled.
Iron grills in the balconies: The iron railings are fitted.
The progress is very slow since last August. The society has already missed the possession deadline on June 2011.
I hope that the possession of flat will happen only in 2013 some time.
