Progess of Work as in August 2011

New Ashirwad CGHS Sector 23 Panchkula (July 2011 Development)

Hi all,
I visited the site after 2 months.
The work is progressing very slowly.
1. Kota stone in the balcony.
2. Iron grill work
3. Wooden doors and windows.
4. scaffholding for outside cement plaster.

May 2011 developments

The construction work is in progress, The iron grills and railings for the balconies are being manufactured.The concrete flooring is also being carried out. Sometimes, it feels that the size of the rooms is less. The two rooms are OK but one room with direct entry from outside is small.

Construction Progress of New Ashirwad CGHS Ltd, Sector 23, Panchkula

As on 19th February 2011, the structure stands like as shown in picture below;



The last floor, 7th floor, is being constructed. As stated, it will be completed by March 2011. The partition walls upto 4th floor are complete. The carpenter, plumber and electrician are doing their work. Hope to get the possession by end of this year.
